Picture yourself happy, free, and light.

Imagine how good you’ll feel! You won’t feel hopeless, sad, or lost anymore.

how to let go of someone you love

You want peace and happiness in your life, don’t you? You want to let go of someone you love – or of something painful that happened in the past.

I can help you. My name is Laurie Pawlik-Kienlen; I’ve been learning the art of ending relationships and letting go my whole life. I grew up in several foster homes, and was constantly saying hello and good-bye to new families, friends, and schools. I learned how to love, let go, and open my heart to love again.

My undergraduate degrees are in Psychology and Education, and I have a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC. I’m a full-time writer and entrepreneur. My jobs have ranged from High School Teacher to Women’s Advocate at a shelter for women fleeing domestic violence.

I know how to let go, and I wrote the ebook on it.

In How to Let Go of Someone You Love, I share:

  • 3 powerful secrets for letting go of someone you love
  • 75 tips for taking specific action towards healing your heart

Most of this ebook consists of practical, helpful, effective tips from the counselors and life coaches I interviewed. I also included 15 stories of the actual struggles people face when letting go. I compiled hours of interviews and research into this 89 page ebook.

About Me

letting go of the past

Laurie Pawlik-Kienlen

My name is Laurie Pawlik-Kienlen. My undergraduate degrees are in Psychology and Education, and I recently completed my Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of British Columbia. I’m a writer, social worker, and teacher.

In addition to working with people crushed by grief and loss, I’ve mourned death and family estrangements (my sister disappeared from my life nine years ago), devastating losses (I can’t have children), and disappointing breakups (I didn’t get married until I was 35, and survived several painful breakups).

Letting go of the past – and bouncing back – is something I know how to do. I can help you blossom.
